Roughly 40% of emissions are produced as a result of domestic consumption - better insulation, reduced usage and changed habits can save a large proportion of this, not to mention the associated money.  Switching to renewables, especially if local, can make a further positive impact

Tring Community Energy (TriCE)

TriCE is a community benefit society, formed by Tring in Transition in 2016 with the aim of installing renewable energy sources (primarily rooftop solar PV), at buildings in Tring and Tring villages.

Several prospective projects have been explored but are currently on hold for a variety of reasons. Contact us if you have an interest or possible project in mind.
